The Client List stars on Jennifer Love Hewitt
Colin Egglesfield blushes when he hears the name Jennifer Love Hewitt. Which may be a problem considering the two spend a good percentage of their time these days nearly naked.
I definitelyhad a crush on her growing up, Egglesfied tells Canada.com of his The Client List costar, cheeks flushing (see video evidence above). Fast forward however many years it is now. To be throwing her over my shoulder, fireman carrying her into my bedroom while shes trying to rip her clothes offIm like, OK, this is kind of crazy. Where am I? How did I end up here?
On the show, which gained notoriety for itsrisqusubject matter lets just say Hewitts character RileyParks gives a little extra on message table to feed her family Egglesfield plays Rileys brother-in-law whos left to take care of her family when her ex, his brother, leaves Riley and their two children in the lurch, both physically and financially.
Being a Lifetime show, it only takes seeing the former soap star topless while mowing grass to get to understand that perhaps Evan will be doing more forRileythan just helping out around the house.
A role the youthful looking 39-year-old doesnt seem to mind.
If youd told me back then that id be doing a TV series which was going to be renewed for a second season where [Jennifer Love Hewitt] was going to be running around in her underwear and I was going to be in love with her and playing her brother in law I would have been like, You are fricking crazy. he laughs.
While the show is certainly not shy about highlighting Hewitts assets, according to Rebecca Field, who plays Rileys best friend, its the former Party of Five stars charm, rather than her body, which sells the show.
She was so easy to get along with and so sweet that, even at the audition, she said all the right things and made me feel as at ease as one could feel in that situation, Feild recalls of the pairs first meeting. And then we just clicked, we just hit it offimmediately.
A situation bothactors hope! Canadianaudiences will echo when the show premieres tonight at 10 p.m. on the new Lifetime Canada.
