It's always nice to see a house sell for more than the owner paid for it, and such is the happy story of "The Client List" actress Jennifer Love Hewitt. Hewitt closed a $2.15 million deal on her Toluca Lake, Calif. home Thursday -- $745,000 less than her original asking price but still almost half-a-million dollars more than what she paid for the property in 1998. The 1952 home spans almost 6,000 square feet, boasts six bedrooms and bathrooms and is on one of Toluca Lake's "most desirable streets," notes the listing. New owners will also enjoy the spacious patio with pool and spa, as well as a private dance studio. But based on the listing photos , the traditional-style home is in sore need of a makeover. The traditional-style house, built in 1952, features a flexible floor plan, an office, six bedrooms, six bathrooms and 5,921 square feet of living space. The quarter-acre property has a swimming pool and a patio with a built-in bar. Hewitt, 33, starred in the supernatural drama "Ghost Whisperer" from 2005 to 2010 and stars as a single mother and masseuse in "The Client List." She will be the executive producer of a modern version of "Pride and Prejudice" for Lifetime. Public records show the property was purchased in 1998 for $1.695 million.
