Jennifer Love Hewitt Puts Two Homes on the Market
Jennifer Love Hewitt is looking to unload both of her properties in Los Angeles' Toluca Lake neighborhood; she's listed one for $2.895 million, and is renting out the other for $12,500 a month. The $2 million "traditional home" comes with six bedrooms, six baths, wallpaper borders throughout and carpeting. The other pad, which happens to be on the same street (Toluca Lake Avenue), is a four-bedroom house with a pool, spa and lakefront dock. (NBC)
